Terms of service
Last updated October 25, 2026
MotionPantry is operated by 君燚阳(北京)科技有限公司, Room 2752, North Side, 2nd Floor, Building 4, No. 123 Zhongguancun East Road, Haidian District, Beijing, China ("MotionPantry", "we", "us"). These terms explain the agreement between you and us when you use our services.
Before buying or installing a skill, please read section 5 on refunds, section 6 on permitted use, and sections 11–12 on disclaimers and liability. Your rights that cannot be excluded by law remain protected.
1. Scope and acceptance
These terms cover motionpantry.com, the skill catalog and previews, downloadable skill packages, install prompts, shared presets, your account and our motionpantry command-line tool (the "CLI"). By using these services or purchasing a skill, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services or make a purchase.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, or have any consent required by the law where you live. If you act for an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it.
2. Digital skills and third-party tools
We provide visual workflows for AI agents. A skill may contain instructions, design intent, reference code, settings, adaptation notes, acceptance checks and helper scripts. The product you receive is the skill package; a preview illustrates its intended use and is not a promise of identical results in every project.
Skills marked as tested have been checked in the environments described on their pages. Compatibility can change when agents, models, browsers or other software change. Review the skill's description and requirements before buying.
You arrange your own access to any AI agent, model or other third-party service you use with a skill. Their terms, licenses and charges apply separately; buying a MotionPantry skill does not pay for those services.
3. Accounts and CLI authorization
An account is required to purchase Pro skills and to install skills with the CLI. Sign-in uses an email code or Google. Keep your account information accurate and protect your email, browser session and CLI authorization tokens. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; do not share credentials or use someone else's entitlement.
The CLI uses access you approve in your browser to identify your account, download and install skills you are entitled to use, and report completed installations. It cannot make purchases or change your billing details. You can sign out of the CLI with motionpantry logout. Contact support@motionpantry.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Free skills and Premium plans
Free skills remain free. New paid access uses one of the Premium plans shown on our pricing page. Each paid plan includes all current Premium skills, updates and newly released Premium skills while your access remains active.
Memberships and renewals
Monthly and Yearly memberships provide Premium downloads and account access for the confirmed paid period. Before payment, the checkout shows the plan, price, currency, billing interval and renewal terms. A subscription renews at the stated interval only after you approve that recurring payment arrangement through PayPal.
You may cancel future renewals through My resources or the applicable PayPal automatic-payment controls. Cancellation stops subsequent renewals and confirmed access continues until the end of the current paid period, unless lawfully suspended. A failed renewal does not extend access beyond the period already paid for.
Founding Lifetime is a single payment for ongoing Premium access, with no subscription or renewal charge. Its founding price may increase for future purchases as the catalog grows. "Lifetime" means the continued operation of the covered service, subject to these terms; it does not promise that the service or a particular skill will be hosted forever.
You may continue using copies lawfully obtained during paid access under section 6 after a subscription expires. New Premium downloads, reinstallations from our servers and updates require active Premium access or an existing individual entitlement. Keep a backup of files you obtain lawfully.
Previously purchased individual skills remain available to the purchasing account, including future versions of those skills when released. They are not converted into subscriptions and are governed by the terms in effect at purchase. New plans do not revoke those existing rights.
Prices are displayed in US dollars. The checkout total includes any taxes we collect and is shown with its currency before you approve payment. Later price changes do not alter a completed one-time purchase. Any subscription price change requires advance notice and any approval required by PayPal or applicable law.
Daily download limit
Each account may download up to 50 different skills per day across the website and CLI together. The count resets at 00:00 UTC. Downloading the same skill again that day does not use another slot. After reaching the limit, downloads of additional different skills resume after the reset. The limit does not grant access to unacquired skills, and legacy individual purchases retain their previously agreed download rights.
This limit prevents bulk copying and account abuse. If you need a higher allowance for legitimate use, email support@motionpantry.com with your account email and use case. We may agree to an account-specific allowance.
5. Payments and refunds
Monthly and Yearly plans renew until canceled. Founding Lifetime is a one-time payment. Plan benefits and billing are described in section 4. Payments are processed by PayPal under its own terms. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. Paid access is granted after PayPal confirms the required completed payment for the correct amount.
For a one-time purchase, approving checkout authorizes only the charge shown for that purchase. A subscription requires separate approval of the disclosed recurring payment arrangement; later scheduled renewals follow that approval until canceled. Neither a CLI connection nor an existing individual purchase authorizes subscription charges. Any separate currency conversion or funding-provider fees are subject to that provider's terms.
Once paid access is granted or a skill is available to download, payments are non-refundable, even if you have not downloaded or used it. Cancellation, non-use and unused subscription time do not by themselves qualify for a partial refund or credit. Subject to the exceptions below, this includes accidental purchases, a change of mind, incompatibility with your preferred tools and later changes in catalog availability. We do not provide partial refunds or credits for those reasons.
Our refund policy forms part of these terms. We may correct duplicate or demonstrably unauthorized charges. Nothing in these terms or the refund policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded where you live. An approved refund or payment reversal removes the corresponding purchase entitlement.
PayPal's applicable buyer-protection and dispute rules also remain available. Our non-refundable policy does not prevent an eligible claim concerning non-delivery or a product that is significantly not as described, or any rights your payment provider is required to honor.
6. License and commercial work
Skills are licensed, not sold. After any required payment, we give the purchasing account holder a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the acquired skill for personal work, internal business work and client projects. The same permitted-use rules apply to free and Pro skills.
Skills lawfully downloaded during paid membership access may continue to be used under this license after that membership ends. New downloads and updates require active access as described in section 4. A refunded or reversed payment may end the corresponding license, subject to applicable law. Membership does not change a separately purchased skill's license.
You may copy, adapt and incorporate a skill's reference implementation into your websites, apps and client deliverables, including commercial projects and delivery of the project's source code, without paying us again. This permission covers the effects and project work you make with the skill.
You may not redistribute the skill as a standalone product or give others the skill package for their own reuse. Unless a package expressly grants additional rights, you may not:
- sell, sublicense, publish or share the skill package, its workflow instructions or its files as a standalone skill, template, UI kit or asset library;
- repackage the skill for another marketplace, whether free or paid;
- share private package downloads, account access or authorization tokens to let others install or obtain a Pro skill without their own entitlement;
- claim ownership of MotionPantry's branding, catalog descriptions or preview media.
The restriction on standalone redistribution does not prevent shipping reference code as part of the project work permitted above. Other people who need the reusable skill package through their own accounts need their own entitlement unless we agree otherwise.
We retain ownership of our skill packages, site and branding, subject to the permissions granted here. Any express additional license in a package applies to the material it identifies; third-party and open-source notices continue to apply to their respective components. The CLI's MIT license covers the CLI software, not the skills it installs. These terms do not take away rights granted under an applicable open-source license.
7. Prohibited use
You must not use the services to infringe others' rights or break the law. In particular, do not:
- bypass sign-in, payment, entitlement checks or other access and security controls;
- use scripts, shared credentials or the CLI to scrape or bulk-copy the catalog without our written permission;
- disrupt the service, overload it with abusive requests or introduce malicious code;
- use another person's account or submit information you are not entitled to use.
Installing and reinstalling skills you are entitled to use in the ordinary course of your work is permitted.
8. Your materials, submissions and privacy
You keep any rights you have in your own settings, materials and project work. When you submit settings to create a preset or installation prompt, you allow us to store, process and deliver those settings as needed to provide that feature. This permission does not grant us ownership of your project work.
Preset codes are shareable, so do not put passwords, API keys or confidential information in shared settings. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without an obligation to pay you; this does not authorize us to publish your private project materials.
Creator submissions, if opened
A creator submission program is not currently open. This paragraph applies only if we open one and you deliberately submit material through that program. You keep your rights in submitted skills, packages, prompts, previews and supporting materials. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, review, test and adapt their technical format or listing presentation as needed to assess and administer your submission.
You confirm that you own or have the permissions necessary to submit the material and grant those rights, and that you identify any applicable third-party licenses. A submission does not guarantee publication or payment. Before publishing a skill package for customer use, we must separately agree on distribution rights, any compensation, attribution and withdrawal terms. If you approve a public listing, you also permit us to display its approved previews and excerpts to promote that listing and the service.
This submission license does not apply to private support correspondence, ordinary preset settings or private project materials you have not submitted to the creator program.
Our privacy policy explains how we handle account information, purchase records, preset settings and CLI activity. Requests about personal data or account deletion can be sent to support@motionpantry.com.
9. Availability and catalog changes
We may maintain, update or discontinue features and may withdraw a skill for security, quality, legal or operational reasons. A one-time purchase is not a promise that the website, downloads or a particular skill will be hosted forever.
Where reasonably practical and lawful, we will give advance notice of a permanent withdrawal affecting purchased skills and an opportunity to save a copy. Urgent security or legal issues may require immediate removal. Withdrawal does not by itself revoke the continuing license for an individual skill you already purchased and obtained lawfully. Membership access remains subject to the paid period and license rules in sections 4 and 6, and any remedy required by law remains available.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time and request account deletion by email. Account deletion ends online account access; retention of records is described in our privacy policy.
We may restrict downloads, revoke CLI authorization or suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, an unpaid or reversed payment, a compromised account, a security threat or a legal requirement. Where practical, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve it. You can ask us to review a restriction by contacting support.
Ending an account does not by itself end the continuing license for an individual skill you already purchased and obtained lawfully. That license may end if the payment is refunded or reversed, or if you materially breach its restrictions and do not resolve the breach after notice where a remedy is possible. Membership access remains subject to the paid period and license rules in sections 4 and 6. Compliant project work you already delivered is not withdrawn solely because the website or your account closes.
Terms concerning outstanding payments, ownership, continuing licenses and license restrictions, disclaimers, liability and dispute resolution continue after termination to the extent their purpose requires and the law permits.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the services and skill packages are provided "as is" and "as available", without additional warranties beyond any we expressly give. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every tool or project, error-free AI output or a particular business result.
Review skill instructions and scripts before running them, protect credentials and backups, and test generated or adapted code before publishing it. Third-party models, services, assets and outputs remain subject to their own terms and licenses.
These qualifications do not remove any quality, conformity, repair or other obligation imposed by law, or the statutory rights described in section 5.
12. Limitation of liability
Only to the extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the services, including lost profits, lost business opportunities or loss of data. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan or individual skill giving rise to that claim.
Neither this section nor section 11 excludes or limits liability for personal injury, property damage caused by our intentional acts or gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a limitation is not permitted where you live, it applies only to the extent allowed there.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will revise the date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will post a notice on the site and, where practical, do so before the changes take effect. Changes apply prospectively; continued use after they take effect is subject to the revised terms, and we will obtain consent where the law requires it.
The terms and refund policy in effect when you purchased govern that completed purchase. Later changes do not reduce an existing purchase's license or refund rights without your agreement, except where a change is required by law.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Any separately agreed written terms and express package-specific permissions apply to the matters they cover.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes may be brought before the courts with jurisdiction where 君燚阳(北京)科技有限公司 is registered, subject to any mandatory rules that apply to you. This choice of law and forum does not deprive you of non-excludable consumer protections or any right to bring a claim before a different court where the law gives you that right.
You may contact support to try to resolve a question or dispute. Doing so is not a condition of exercising a legal right or using PayPal's dispute process.
